This week we are going to try to eat vegetarian a few times a week. I don’t think my beloved will be overjoyed but I am going to give it a shot. I got some beautiful red peppers for a song at the market on Saturday so there will be pasta and soup.
Monday – Pasta with peppers and mozzarella
Tuesday – Lemon roast chicken with rice and broccoli
Wednesday – Roasted red pepper soup
Thursday – going to a pub opening so hopefully feasting on nibbles
Friday – Citrus baked Pollock with new potatoes and green beans
