March is looking like March should, lion like wind and still a bit of a chill in the air. I don’t have any freelance work this week, *sad face* so we need to be extra frugal.
I am going to make carrot soup for my lunches and maybe try to make bread again. The last attempts was not super successful.
Monday – Roast chicken with roasted garlic mash and sauteed zucchini.
Tuesday – Butternut squash macaroni and cheese and salad
Wednesday – Warm tofu with spicy garlic sauce and stir fried bok choy
Thursday – Parmesan Polenta and spicy sausage sauce
Friday – Mexican Black Bean Chili (slow cooker recipe)
