This week, I am planning to make very easy food that comes from the cupboard or freezer. I have a lot I want to get done so easy is the operative word.
Monday – Meze- lamb meatballs, Israeli couscous with chickpeas and peppers, tomato salad and bread
Tuesday – Spanish tortilla with salad
Wednesday – Honey chili pork chops, black beans and yellow rice
Thursday – Out at Meet up
Friday – Rice and beans with fresh salsa
In my lunchbox – I will make a big batch of the couscous with chickpeas so I can take it with cheese or ham and salad.
