In honour of the brave, first spring flowers, I have decided to put a bit of spice on the menu. It is such a joy to leave work in a bit of light instead of pitch blackness.
Monday – Spiced pork with plantains and refried black beans
Tuesday – Oven fried Sriracha chicken with salad
Wednesday – Supposed to be out but can have any leftover chicken
Thursday – Spicy butternut squash risotto
Friday – Burritos filled with the black beans from Monday, rice, salsa and cheese
