Last week my beloved and I were on a gorgeous holiday in Turkey. It was an all inclusive resort, where the food was terrific. It was all about tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, white cheese like Feta and grilled meat. We both felt so healthy that I am going to try to cook a bit more like that.
Monday – beloved is making a roast chicken dinner
Tuesday – Panko shrimp Cakes with Sriracha Aioli with tomato and onion salad
Wednesday – Israeli CousCous with Roasted Butternut Squash and Perserved Lemon served with leftover chicken
Thursday – Spicy cheese burgers
Friday – Oven roasted sausages with ratatouille and ciabatta bread
