It is still winter and I have a cold which is making me feel blah. I think many of you are in the same boat but we must carry and persevere therfore this week I will be doing my best to exorcise this bug.
Monday – Freezer chili with extra hot sauce
Tuesday – Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic – if that doesn’t kill this cold nothing will.
Wednesday – London Blogger Meetup – hopefully they will feed me.
Thursday – Mushroom risotto with peas and chicken
Friday – Pancetta wrapped cod with potatoes and salad
Saturday – I would like to make curry in my slow cooker but I have not done the research for recipes yet, any ideas?
I’m always on the lookout for yummy menu choices. We’re still having to watch our pennies.
