I am happy to say that I am back in the saddle with my menu planning. It makes such a huge difference to the organization of my week. Even with the edition of pizza night where I don’t really cook, we are still saving money.
Monday – watercress and Taleggio risotto – it won’t be totally meatless as I am using homemade chicken stock from last week’s roast.
Tuesday – pan-roasted chicken with Harissa and chickpeas
Wednesday – Spanish tortilla with tomato salad and bread
Thursday – pizza night!
Friday – creamy pumpkin and sausage pasta
