As we are sliding into the chaos that is Christmas, I am trying to stay as organized as possible. Over the weekend, I wrote out a list for all the gifts we are giving so hopefully there will not be too many last minute panics.
I am going to try to make our week night cooking as easy as possible so I can concentrate on being organized.
Monday – Pan fried fish with ratatouille from the freezer and new potatoes
Tuesday – London Blog Meetup – so scrambled eggs when I get home
Wednesday – Creamy tagliatelle with fennel
Thursday – Shepherd’s Pie- my beloved is making
Friday – Spicy over fried chicken with baby potato salad

So many MPM bloggers have breakfast for dinner. I’m so going to start serving breakfast for dinner. It’s economical;especially during these rough economic times. I actually saw $7 spaghetti sauce at Walmart!
MPM definitely keeps me on track. I actually look forward to Mondays!
I haven’t started any Christmas plans yet. I told my husband that I’m waiting till our carpets are cleaned next Friday. (that will get me in the mood)
Have a wonderful week!
Hi Rona,
Thanks for taking the time to comment. I sort of do breakfast for dinner, I do a lot of eggs as they are so quick to make and cheap. I like to make Spanish tortilla which since it has potatoes and onions feels a bit more dinner like than pancakes. I can’t believe that spaghetti sauce is $7! I tend to make my own and freeze it in batches.
Have a great week!
I love Shephards Pie! Perfect for the fall. I just wish my picky eaters would eat it.
