I hope all my American friends are having a wonderful Labor Day holiday. In the UK, we are back to business with our Bank Holiday being last week. On with the food –
Monday – tacos with all the trimmings including the easiest salsa.
Tuesday – Poussin with garlic and rosemary, crushed baby potatoes and green beans
Wednesday – Black beans and rice with more salsa
Thursday – my bestie is coming to London so I don’t know what we will be doing
Friday – Pan fried fish (whatever I can get at a good price) with mashed sweet potatoes and veg.
