Things are looking up at Lean Times HQ, sort of , I have some new work which is interesting and will hopefully pay the bills. It is also mine and my beloved’s four year anniversary. Who would have thunk that a relationship that started on the Tube would last so long? But it has and hopefully for a lot longer.
Monday – Leftover roast chicken with Israeli couscous and roasted butternut squash
Tuesday – our anniversary – am being taken out, at least I hope so.
Wednesday -Penne with fresh tomato sauce and basil
Thursday – Cheese burgers – these are a favourite since we bought beef from Donald Russell.
Friday – Fish cakes and salad
