Lean Reviews Jump Start 2013

Lean Reviews Hello March, I hear a rumor that spring might be here soon so we better get ready.

This for me is the best time to start something new. I am not good at making resolutions in the dark months on January and February. I don’t detox or go on a diet when I am working  to fight off the gloom. I like to think of the 1st of March as my New Years so I was delighted when I found this fab little ebook by Penny Golightly.

If you are a regular reader, you will know that I am a very keen participant in Tenner Week which Penny does a few times a year to get back on track. Jump Start 2013 is the perfect way to gently get your life in order.

ref=sr_1_1 Jump Start 2013 is designed to be done over a month with the topics broken down by weeks.  In the first week,  your personal finances are organized, your life is decluttered in week two,  in week three you survive on £10 which helps you see where you money is going on a day to day basis then finally in week four you find out how being healthy doesn’t need to cost a fortune.

Penny breaks down big tasks into small manageable bites that you can do in a few minutes a day.  Her tone is not judgmental or scolding but friendly and if you miss a few days it is easy peasy to play catch up over a weekend.  I love the idea of doing this in March because at the end of the month you get to celebrate Easter for all your hard work.

This is the type of book that you can look back at the exercises at any time you feel you need a tune up.  I love challenging myself to do Tenner Week a few times a year.

This is the perfect Lean book, it helps you make positive changes and all for less than the price of a fancy coffee. I love it!
